Background:
Hi everyone. I am actually sending out two newsletters today; they are both in the Files section of our group page. My sister-in-law is hosting a bread baking day (February is Bake For Family Fun Month) with her playgroup, and requested a recipe for a bread from scratch which doesn’t require a long rise time. I put together something for her and thought I would post it for everyone.
I know we are all still looking for the perfect bread recipe; when someone finds it, please share. :-) This one skips the punching down and second rise because she said she wouldn't have time for it.
